If you’ve ever had to manage a broken printer, scramble to reorder toner, or try to make sense of your monthly print costs, you’ll know just how frustrating and time-consuming print management can be. Our new service is designed to remove all that hassle — while giving you a better device, better support, and lower costs. --- ### Why Managed Print? Let’s face it: printing is often overlooked until it becomes a problem. Whether it’s wasted toner, paper jams, dodgy scanning, or outdated devices that hold up the team, unmanaged print creates hidden costs and constant distractions. With **Managed Print**, you get: - A high-quality business printer (A3/A4, colour, scanning, copying — all in one) - Proactive servicing and toner replacement - No up-front hardware costs (with leasing and rental options available) - Support from the same PAAC IT team you already know and trust But more than that — you get **clarity, control, and continuity**. --- ### What's Included? Through our partnership with OfficeCo, we provide: ✅ Sharp BP50c26 A3/A4 Copier/Printer/Scanner ✅ 26 pages per minute print speed ✅ 100-sheet document feeder for bulk scanning ✅ Two 500-sheet paper trays and a bypass tray for labels and letterheads ✅ Full installation and staff training ✅ Ongoing support and servicing — no hidden charges Plus, with **Platinum Support**: - Toner and spare parts are included - No minimum print volume — you only pay for what you use - Prices fixed for at least 3 years - 3-hour response time for unusable equipment - Automated toner replenishment - Loan equipment if yours is out of action --- ### The OfficeCo Difference Our partner, **OfficeCo**, is a family-run business based in Hampshire. They’re not just a supplier — they’re specialists in **reliable, eco-friendly print technology** with local support. Their approach is a perfect fit for how we work at PAAC IT: - **Personalised, long-term support** - **Budget-friendly pricing with no surprises** - **User-friendly equipment** — no manuals required - **Eco-conscious practices** like toner recycling and energy-efficient devices We work hand-in-hand with OfficeCo to deliver a seamless service. When you need help, we’re here — not a call centre, not a helpdesk in another country. --- ### Why Buy Through PAAC IT? By choosing PAAC IT for your Managed Print, you get everything under one roof: - One bill for IT and print - One support team - One trusted technology partner This isn’t just another contract with another supplier. It’s a strategic solution, fully integrated with your IT systems, fully supported by us, and aligned with your business goals. We’ve built our reputation on delivering **Professional Attention and Care in IT** — and now, with print fully managed, we’re delivering that same standard in every corner of your office. --- ### Ready to Ditch Printer Headaches?
