At PAAC IT, we’re proud to have a family-oriented culture where people grow with the business. And no one embodies that more than Bradley.

Bradley has been part of PAAC IT’s journey for as long as we can remember — in fact, he was running leaflets for us when he was just six years old! Over the years, he’s always been in the background, getting involved in work experience and supporting the team whenever he could.

Now, Bradley has officially stepped into a bigger role as our Junior IT Support Analyst. Alongside his studies in Game Development at Norwich University, he’s been spending the summer training hard with the team. His natural curiosity for technology, combined with his enthusiasm to help people, makes him a perfect fit for the world of IT support.

So, what will Bradley be doing? For now, he’s focused on:

  • Answering calls with energy and professionalism.

  • Creating and updating tickets so issues are logged correctly.

  • Chasing the right analysts to ensure your issue is seen quickly.

  • Keeping you updated so you know your query is moving forward.

While Bradley won’t yet be fixing problems directly — there’s still lots of technical training ahead before he gets to that — his role is already crucial. By being your first point of contact and making sure the right people are notified, he helps speed up the path to resolution.

We’re really proud of how far Bradley has come already, and excited to see his career grow with PAAC IT. Next time you call us, there’s a good chance it’ll be Bradley who picks up the phone — so do give him a warm welcome!
