Following a major security vulnerability discovered in certain models of DrayTek routers, we’ve taken proactive steps to protect our clients — replacing legacy hardware with modern, secure alternatives that integrate seamlessly with our managed services.

### Why It Matters

These vulnerabilities allow attackers to remotely access and take control of affected routers — exposing business networks to serious risk.

Old routers aren’t just a bottleneck — they’re a backdoor.  
If your edge device isn’t secure, the rest of your network isn’t either.

### Our Response

Led by Joe from our engineering team, we’ve been rolling out replacements across affected client sites. He’s been hands-on, coordinating visits and making the swaps with:

- Minimal or no downtime
- Full configuration backups
- New routers ready for centralised management
- Instant integration into our MDR (Managed Detection & Response) platform

Clients now benefit from:
